In June, 2015, we were blessed with the opportunity to purchase land in the community of Jaibon, approximately 1 mile from the orphanage.  Through much blood, sweat and prayers, and by the abundant grace of God, we were able to turn a 575sq.ft. cinderblock shell into a 1500sq.ft. house in 3 years.  This provides a home for boys that have left or aged out of the orphanage, housing for visiting volunteers and a home for the director of Koinoneo as she continues God’s work in the Dominican Republic.
